is not good - The dragon of the global
recession that sprang its head in the
late 2000 has engulfed the economy of the
entire globe. So that means - Fewer jobs,
More contenders! And this means that the
competetion is going to be more fierce
than ever. But don't worry
....work on some cool tips provided by
those who have actually gone thru the
ordeal.
The
whole procedure of slection is generally
divided into three parts viz. - Written
test, GD and Interview. We'll deal with
them one by one in the same order.
The
Written Test
Depending
on the company, the pattern and content
of the test may vary. Common observation
says that the written test consists of aptitude
and technical questions.
Generally there is negative
marking. In the aptitude part,
there are 4 to 5 sections with questions
of MCQ type. The
sections are divided into analytical
,verbal , assertion and reasoning and
data sufficiency.
The
technical part contains questions based
on the subject matter.
